If you're looking for a truly turn-key solution, our custom free-standing balloon garland on a base is perfect for you. Available for pickup in Millersville or drop and go delivery--simply place and go. No need for install, it comes on a free-standing base. Note: Choose up to 4 colors. Must be ordered 48 hours in advance. We recommend an SUV or van with 3rd-row seating and all seats folded down for transport if you are picking up. Recommended for indoor use.
