Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats Maturation: On fine lees for 15 months, partly in stainless still vats, partly in 10 hl oak barrels and partly in barriquesVineyard: The vinegrowing area at La Ponca is composed of six different vineyards scattered, from north to south, around the hamlet of Scriò: Pacial, Petris, Paglizza, Casa Rossa, Skal and Ronc.
