Straw yellow in colour and shiny in appearance. The aroma is delicate, with the perfume of the grape variety and the mineral touch overlapping the effect of the fermentation process, allowing us to recognise the unmistakable character of Rabigato. In the mouth, it surprises with its freshness, body, slight astringency, typical of fermentation, and delicate retronasal aroma, which give it a long and attractive finish.
