Book your creative Coaster Design Bar Event, where each guest creates their own custom set of 4 coasters and we engrave their options on-site! HOW IT WORKS Your Coaster Design Bar booking reserves The Lab—our in-shop creative celebration space—for up to 90 minutes. During that time, each person in your group will: Grab a tray at our Coaster Bar Choose their 4 favorite designs from an array of curated options We work with you ahead of time to prepare design options that match your event, theme, or brand Bring their chosen coaster designs to our team Choose a letter, initial, or customization option for their open “frame” coasters We engrave the custom coasters on the spot with our laser! Have time to chat and socialize Enjoy any refreshments your group brings PERFECT FOR Birthday parties Hobby groups Cocktail & mocktail nights Friend meet-ups Work team off-sites Sales kickoffs Brand activations Client appreciation Charity & non-profit events and more! PARTY LENGTH + PLANNING For most groups, the Coaster Bar takes about 30-45 minutes. The remaining time (45-60 minutes) can be used for drinks, food, chatting, opening gifts, and/or an event activity or party game. After booking, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your party details and reservation length! THE DETAILS GROUP SIZE: 5-20 people COST: $28 per person for one 4-coaster set per guest TIME: up to 90 minutes All party bookings require a non-refundable 30% deposit to secure your date. Need to reschedule? No problem - party date can be updated with 48 hours’ notice. Host, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and setup. Parties and events in The Love, Georgie Lab are excluded from coupons and discounts.
