Beef and Yorkshire pudding in rich gravy, served with carrots and cauliflower served with mustard potato mash (pureed and reshaped). Poached Salmon in a dill and cream sauce, served with carrots and peas served with mashed potato (pureed and reshaped). Macaroni cheese in cheese sauce, served with carrot and broccoli served with mashed potato (pureed and reshaped). Vegetable Lasagne - Courgettes, aubergines, lentils, bechamel sauce and pasta in cheese sauce, served with carrots and green beans served with creamy mashed potato (pureed and reshaped).
