Colour Story No. 3 - original painting

Size: A3 29,7 cm x 42 cm x 0.5 cm. Size with frame: 32 cm x 44 cm x 1,5 cm. Description: Each painting in the New Colours collection features soft, muted tones and textured pastel hues that explore transformation and renewal. Depicting one or two women surrounded by organic motifs — such as vessels, botanical elements, archways, and checkered patterns — these works reimagine familiar forms through a fresh palette and white outlines, marking a distinct visual chapter in my artistic journey, different from my previous works. From the collection: New Colours About life’s transitions — the moments that shift our perspective and redefine who we are. Inspired by my own journey into motherhood, these paintings capture the beauty, complexity, and emotional depth of change. Material: Each painting is created on a wooden board coated with crushed pumice, a volcanic stone that gives the surface a raw, organic texture. Soft layers of oil paint are then applied in muted tones, creating the illusion of artwork painted on weathered stone or an aged wall. Frame and finish: The painting comes framed in the frame featured on the pictures, ready to hang, signed on the back, and with a certificate of authenticity. The frame is glassless to show off the beautiful texture in this painting. Please note: Computer screens are calibrated differently. The pictures of my artworks are edited to represent the original piece in the best and most accurate way possible, but the colours might differentiate a bit in reality from what you see on your screen.
