The high elevation and careful washed processing help create the floral, tea-like clarity that this region is known for. Our light roast brings out a lively and aromatic profile with notes of red apple, Earl Grey, and wild honey. Crisp red apple sweetness opens the cup, followed by a delicate Earl Grey tea character and a soft honey-like sweetness that lingers gently in the finish.
