About the frame This 100x140 cm picture frame is finished in beautiful smoked oak veneer, highlighting the natural wood grain and deep, dark tones. The veneer wraps around the entire frame profile, creating an exclusive look with plenty of character. The frame profile measures 20 mm across the front and 30 mm in depth. Its robust construction is designed for large artwork, ensuring excellent stability while giving the frame a refined and well-balanced appearance. Glazing For a large 100x140 cm frame, we recommend acrylic glazing. It is significantly lighter than stndard glass, much more impact-resistant, and makes shipping, framing and wall mounting both easier and safer. Acrylic offers excellent optical clarity and closely resembles traditional glass once the protective film has been removed. If you prefer real glass, you can also choose regular glass, non-reflective glass or museum glass. Should the glazing be damaged during shipping, we will of course send you a replacement free of charge. If you ever need a replacement later, acrylic glazing for this frame size is also available.
