The whisky is presented in a striking metal tin that emphasizes its intense profile. Tasting Notes:Nose: The nose reveals aromas of raisins, dried figs, and orange peels, accompanied by dark chocolate, roasted walnuts, baked apple, and rich Oloroso sherry.Palate: On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and intense with fruitcake, honey-sweet malt, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and caramel, complemented by cinnamon, orange marmalade, and warming oak spices.Finish: The finish is long, rich, and warming, with lingering dried fruits, cocoa, roasted nuts, sweet malt, and deep sherry spices. Distillery/Bottler: Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington and his brother in Leith, Scotland. In 1992, Signatory Vintage moved to Edinburgh to take advantage of better infrastructure for expansion. In 2002, Signatory Vintage acquired the Edradour distillery near Pitlochry.
