👨🏼‍🌾 Champagne made by Adrien Salot.The perfect gateway into Adrien Salot's world. 50% Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, from the 2019 harvest, fermented with indigenous yeasts and then aged in vats before spending about two years on lees. The wine retains a lot of brightness, with white fruits, citrus, and a hint of brioche, on a fresh, supple, and very easy-drinking palate. The dosage remains light, just enough to round out the edges without masking the wine's energy.
