High lift hair lightener with up to 9 levels of lift. Magnet™ Blondes Ultimate Powder 9 is a high quality bleaching powder for medium to high lightening without compromising hair quality. Up to 9 levels of lightening in just 45 minutes with maximum neutralization, provides even and cosmetic results from roots to ends. This bleaching powder is multi-purpose for all techniques and produces a mixture with a stable consistency, pleasant scent and optimal workability. Mix: The mixing ratio may vary between 1:1.5 and 1:2.5 depending on the technique used. The recommended ratio is 1:2. Application: Apply the blonde lightening powder mixture on dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing. For re-growth, apply on the root area, using no higher than 20 Vol. Avoid overlapping on sections of previously lightened hair. Rinse and wash with Magnet Ultimate Post-Technical Shampoo. Processing time: Maximum 45 minutes depending on texture, developer used and desired results. Check hair every 5 minutes. Do not use steam or artificial heat to reduce processing time. Volume 750gm
