Pale, light yellow in the glass, with aromas of ripe pineapple and green melon lifted by fresh lime. As it warms, the aromas turn floral and perfumed, with a hint of rose water. The palate is smooth and crisp, opening with a fruity note of ripe peach before moving into a dry, herbal finish. A prominent, persistent bitterness carries through, persistent and never overwhelming, with lingering notes of lime zest and tonic water.
