A garden quartz point with iron ore inclusions, wrapped in a simple setting and hung from your choice of sterling silver or 14K yellow gold filled chain. The iron ore catches the light inside the stone — a quiet glimmer that shifts as you move. Each stone is its own magical little world. About Garden Quartz Garden quartz — also called lodolite — is clear quartz with inclusions of minerals like chlorite, iron ore, or other trace elements that settled inside the crystal as it formed. The result looks like something growing: wisps of color, shadow, depth. No two are alike. Long associated with imagination and inner vision, these stones have been used in meditation practices across many traditions as windows for reflection and inner journeying. The iron ore in these particular stones adds a faint warmth and sparkle to the inclusions — easy to overlook at first, and then impossible to stop noticing. About the Tara Design Tara is named for the Buddhist goddess of compassion and spiritual travel. The design began with Tibetan quartz, and over time I've added other beautiful quartz inclusions that felt at home in it — this garden quartz among them. The wire-wrapped point setting keeps each stone's natural form intact, nothing obscured.
