Supple, graceful and elegantly perfumed, it finishes with a long, satin-fine finish. Sourced from a single vineyard in Blewitt Springs, this Shiraz is hand-pruned, hand-harvested and small-batch fermented before maturing for 18 months in French oak barrels and hogsheads, delivering exceptional depth, structure and complexity.
