Lios na nOg Afterschool Sailing This four week programme provides an enjoyable and progressive way for children to learn to sail. We start at the beginning – rig the boats, learn the ropes and then get onboard. Over the four sessions children will have lots of fun learning sail techniques, rules of the road, capsize recovery and meteorology. Sailing also teaches them life skills including – Confidence, Communication, Creativity, Determination, Independence and Teamwork. The course runs on Friday afternoons for 4 sessions in September on the following dates; 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th Sailing runs from 3.15pm to 5.45pm Cost for 4 sessions: €128
