Meet the 2026 Singapore Latte Art Champion , Lim Zheng Yi! He will be hosting a Latte Art Masterclass on 29 August 2026! Only 4 slots available! In this 3 hours hands-on session, he will be sharing his latte art approach, pattern construction, and key competition techniques. He will also be assessing each participants' latte art and offering individual feedback, correction, and suggested practice drills suitable for you. Last but not least, he will also break down his signature 'Lion' latte art so you can understand how it is done and achieve it on your own. Note: This is an advanced level class. Prior knowledge on milk steaming and latte art is absolutely necessary. Participants are advised to bring along their own milk pitcher for the class. About Lim Zheng Yi Zheng Yi is a Senior Barista at Cafe Kitsune, and the winner of this year's Singapore Latte Art Championship. He will be representing Singapore at the World Latte Art Championship taking place in Lisbon, Portugal in 2027. His other achievements include ASEAN Barista Team Champion 2025 and 2026, and Roemah Koffie Latte Art Competition Volume II Champion.
