Okuma Ceymar SW-X Extra High Speed Spinning Reel The Okuma Ceymar SW-X Extra High Speed is a saltwater-ready spinning reel designed for anglers who need rapid line pick-up, strong drag performance and reliable operation in demanding conditions. The Okuma Ceymar SW-X 4000XA is well suited to seabass, asp, zander, pike and other powerful predatory fish, especially when fishing fast-moving lures, metal jigs, soft baits, jerkbaits and vibration lures. Its 6.2:1 extra-high-speed gear ratio retrieves 99 cm of line per handle turn, providing fast slack-line recovery and direct control during active lure fishing. The corrosion-resistant graphite body is combined with Okuma’s Cyclonic Flow Rotor technology to improve airflow around the rotor and help the reel dry more efficiently after use. The Flite Drive system and Gearing Stabilization System improve gear alignment and smoothness, while the machined aluminium screw-in handle reduces handle play and transfers power directly to the gearing. A multi-disc carbon-fibre drag system delivers up to 9 kg of controlled drag pressure. Hydro Block seals around the spool and handle provide additional protection against water intrusion, while the saltwater-resistant high-performance bearings support smooth operation in harsh environments.
