Ethiopia Yukro

Rose water, orange blossom, raw honey Yukro was among the first washing stations to put western Ethiopia on the map, and we've roasted its coffee since Parlor's earliest days. This harvest, from the highlands of Agaro in the Jimma zone, is a standout: a tea-like body carrying rose water and orange blossom, anchored by raw honey, with ripe peach on the nose.
