The Bee Every Laguiole en Aubrac knife carries the bee — but on a Belle Pièce, the bee is no longer an emblem carved into the spring. It is lifted free of it: shaped, filed, and engraved as its own small sculpture, then set by hand onto the piece it will never leave.
