Therapeutic Benefits Oolong and green tea, along with elderberries, are known for their antioxidant properties that support the immune system. Echinacea purpurea has a long history of use as an immune supporting herb. Amla berries and rose hips are rich in Vitamin C and other beneficial constituents. Raspberry leaf has been traditionally used to support the body during colds, flu, fevers, and related symptoms. Taste Longer steeping enhances the fruity and naturally sweet flavor. Suggested Use Use 1 to 3 tablespoons of tea per quart of water. Heat water to almost boiling, remove from heat, and pour over tea. Stir, cover, and steep for 10 to 20 minutes or more. Strain and sweeten if desired. Serve hot or chill for later use. Adjust strength and steeping time to your preference.
