Join the legendary Sausage Sensei for an immersive sausage-making class where he’ll break down how he creates his award-winning, globally recognized sausages from start to finish. Guests will kick things off with a cocktail hour sponsored by Gordon Castle Gin, featuring thoughtfully crafted cocktails designed to pair perfectly with the sausages being served. Cocktails will be prepared by master mixologist and YETI community guide Davin Toppel, with cold beer provided by Oak Cliff Brewery.
