Zepbound (Tirzepatide) 4 doses

Zepbound (tirzepatide) is a once-weekly subcutaneous GLP-1 receptor agonist and GIP receptor agonist indicated for chronic weight management in adults with obesity (BMI ≥ 30 kg/m²) or overweight (BMI ≥ 27 kg/m²) with at least one weight-related comorbidity such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or dyslipidemia. Clinical evidence demonstrates efficacy in reducing body weight and improving cardiometabolic parameters when combined with lifestyle modification including caloric restriction and increased physical activity. Zepbound has demonstrated potential benefit in reducing apnea-hypopnea index severity in patients with moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea and concurrent obesity. Contraindications include concurrent use with other tirzepatide-containing formulations or GLP-1 receptor agonist medications. Pediatric safety and efficacy have not been established.
