Handheld - Basket Weave Handle Dies

These dies extrude shapes to make handles (like for mugs). They are similar to the dies for basket weaving but have larger coils at the ends to help anchor the strip as a handle. The dies come in three widths -- three, four, and five "strands" wide. The dies fit in most 2" handheld extruders, including Scott Creek, Shimpo / Nidec, Kemper, and the Milwaukee battery-powered extruder. Extrusion Dimensions: All extrusion are 1/4" - 5/16" thick. The three strand handle is 23mm wide (~1"). The four strand handle is 20mm wide (~1 1/4"). The five strand handle is 36mm wide (~1 1/2"). Die Dimensions: The die is about 2 1/4" in diameter and 3/16" thick.
