Aged for 12 months in seasoned French oak barrels and an additional 6 months in bottle, this wine showcases an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with fragrant aromas of rose, blackberry, pink pepper, and juniper berries, complemented by subtle hints of oriental spices. On the palate, it is both fruity and spicy, with smooth tannins and a long, velvety finish. Best if paired with elaborate first courses, duck breast, turkey, roasted meat, lamb and pork.
