OVERVIEW Fundus Photo is a fast, non-contact retinal imaging test that takes detailed pictures of the back of the eye. It helps detect and monitor diabetic, macular, and optic nerve disease. The images create a lasting record that supports accurate diagnosis and follow-up. TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUSIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS 1. Service includes non-contact retinal photography and image storage. 2. Interpretation by the ophthalmologist is required for diagnosis and management. 3. Fees may vary when combined with dilation or other diagnostics. 4. Image quality depends on pupil size and patient cooperation. 5. Dilation may be recommended but is not always included. 6. Screening images do not replace full dilated examination. 7. Treatment and prescriptions are not included.
