Fruity and elegant coffee from the Farm series roasted for filter coffee. Microlot from the Kokosa processing station in the Bensa region, owned by Heleanna Georgalis. Fresh and aromatic coffee with notes of jasmine, peach and honey. Original Ethiopian varieties processed using the Kenyan-type washed method (double fermentation) followed by drying on African beds.
