Kombucha Live Fresh SCOBY Pellicle with Starter Tea and Instructions. In addition to this SCOBY you will need a glass jar of suitable size, breathable cloth cover, white sugar, and some tea (black or green). Detailed instructions and brewing tips will be provided with your order. Please note that each SCOBY is unique and may slightly vary in color, size, shape and thickness. A NOTE ON SHIPPING: The Kombucha SCOBY is hardy, but should be treated like the living being she is. So we package her very carefully in double-layer food-grade sealed bags. We use the USPS PRIORITY shipping to ensure as safe route as possible.
