Made from selected plots in the southern oasis of General Alvear with attenuated milling, this wine features whole-cluster fermentation directly in 500-liter French oak vats, where 50% aged for 1 to 2 years and the remaining half rested on fine lees in vessels, capturing a truly expressive and genuine spirit of Southern Mendoza. "Intense ruby-red in color, the nose reveals deep and complex aromas of dried fruit, plums, and raisins, elegantly intertwined with notes of chocolate and coconut contributed by the oak. On the palate, it exhibits great body with soft, velvety tannins and a long, pleasant finish.
