Château de Tracy has been a family business since the 14th century. The family purchased the vineyards in the year 1396. Best known for producing elegant white wines made primarily from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The vineyard sits on limestone-rich soils that give its wines a distinctive mineral character, freshness, and crisp acidity, often associated with some of the finest expressions of Pouilly-Fumé. Owned by the Tracy family for centuries, the estate has a long tradition of careful viticulture and modern winemaking techniques that aim to preserve purity of fruit and a strong sense of terroir. Elegant, finely textured sparkling cuvée showing delicate aromas of green apple, pear, citrus zest, and white flowers, complemented by subtle hints of brioche and fresh almond from lees aging. The palate is crisp and precise, with fine, persistent bubbles carrying flavors of lemon, orchard fruit, and a touch of stone fruit, all framed by a clean, chalky minerality.
