Antique Georgian Mahogany Corner Washstand

An elegant Georgian mahogany corner washstand of classic triangular form, retaining its original configuration with a removable top designed to accommodate a wash bowl and accessories. The top features the original circular and shaped cut-outs, above a central working drawer flanked by two dummy drawers, all fitted with original brass ring handles. Raised on slender square supports united by a shaped undertier shelf. The piece displays a rich mahogany colour and attractive figuring throughout, with pleasing proportions and a well-balanced design.
