Ex-display grey armchair in velvet-feel fabric

Beautiful ex display low armchair, featuring a padded seat, backrest and armrests, upholstered in a grey velvet-feel fabric. It's extremely comfortable and has a lovely feel to it. It is in a modern/contemporary style that would work well in most homes. Condition report: Ex display chair in very good condition, but please note there is a tear in the fabric on the underside (see photos for close ups).
