Papua New Guinea Jiwaka Province
This lot comes from smallholder farmers in Arufa, Jiwaka Province, where volcanic soils and cool highland conditions produce vibrant, fruit-forward coffees. Farms average 1–2 hectares and are naturally shaded with intercropped bananas and root crops. Ripe cherries are handpicked and naturally dried whole on raised beds for around 30 days, turned and sorted daily for clarity and sweetness. After drying, the coffee is hulled, graded, and prepared for export. Weight: 200g SCA Score: 86 Varietals: Typica, Bourbon Processing: Natural Altitude: 1653 Meters Above sea level
