Skala Custom Knives - Nordic Edge Stainless / Kudu Horn - #174

Ron Skala has been making these custom knives for years! Using mostly bone/antler handles, he sure has it figured out. This knife is started with a Nordic Edge Jakte 135 stainless steel blade. A stout hunting knife with great penetration. He used one solid piece of Kudu Horn with an brown Acrylic Spacer for this handle with Aluminum Finger guard. Quite a large knife! This Kudu Horn also has a substantial twist from the front to the back but it is somehow pretty comfortable in the hand. Surely one that your friends do not have! I am really beginning to enjoy these Kuda Horn knives. Blade Length: 5" with additional 1/4" ricasso Overall Length: 10 1/2" The well pronounced finger guard and is hand made out of Aluminum that he was able to salvage and Mill himself. This comes with a very decorated hand stitched Black sheath. The knife fits into it perfectly and securely. You can be sure this one will not come out on accident. Another awesome piece for the price.
