How durable is a single knot wig? They will last as well as a double knot wig with the proper care. As with all hand tied wigs you want to be very careful when washing and styling not to be rough or rub the knots vigorously. These single knots are tied using a proprietary knotting technique which keeps the knot secure in the lace. Always be careful when washing your wig to be gentle on the knots As with all lace tops do not scrub or rub the knots when washing. Are these knots bleached? No. The knots look invisible as we use a custom technique to avoid the knots during the coloring process. Not bleaching the knots helps maintain the integrity and strength of the original knot.
