Meet Your Parts With Emma

We all have different parts that make up our psyche — wounded parts, a team of protectors who often act on our behalf without us realising, and playful, creative parts, all just waiting to be known. In this gently-paced 90-minute session, I will guide you into a relaxed state where you can access Self-energy — your calm, connected, compassionate centre — and from here, invite your parts to join you around a fire circle so you can begin to get to know them. If it feels right, we can also invite in support from the shamanic realms.
