Paynes Vase

The Paynes Vase/Organizer is part of an ongoing exploration of how we can design vases that make displaying and arranging flowers more intuitive, creative and fun. It takes inspiration from the practical and unassuming material of corrugated plastic, enlarging and translating the basic repetitive form into a refined household object. Made of frosted acrylic, the repeating compartments create the perfect armature for easily holding flowers in place or as organizational dividers for office goods, tools or makeup brushes. Designed with the final context in mind, the Paynes Vase is the perfect shape for a long table centrepiece, or perching on a credenza, desk or display shelf.
