Land Rover Defender Snow Cowl - 2.5mm Stainless Steel. Description: Our Land Rover Defender Snow Cowl is made from 2.5mm & 4mm stainless steel. We have created our snow cowl with a unique design that is more aggressive, lower profile, stronger and shorter than standard. Whilst still obtaining the desired effect of deflecting snow from entering the heater matrix opening, our Defender snow cowl is shorter than standard and eliminates any potential catching / pull points during off-roading that are usually associated with standard snow cowls that hang over the side of the wings. We have also incorporated a styled treadplate on the topside to improved the aesthetic & strength of the item. Most snow cowls are made from plastic and are very weak & prone to bending / warping. As standard with all our items, Our Defender snow cowl is meticulously edge linished to remove all laser-cut sharp edged. This include the entire outer frame, vented housing & tread plate finisher. This improves paint longevity and allows us to offer a premium finished product. All fold indents are polished out and bead blasted prior to paint for a superior smooth yet adhesive finish. Specification: 4mm base plate & 2.5mm vent housing. Fully Stainless Steel. Satin black finish. Available for both sides of the vehicle. Layered treadplate design. A4 Blackened stainless steel fixings included. Edge linished to remove all sharp corners throughout. Fits all Defender models. Delivery Times: 3-4 weeks on average.
