ZOTTER YUZU CITRUS

Mountain Milk Chocolate filled with Yuzu citrus ganache Part tangerine, part lime with a flavour of sun-ripened tangerines – that’s Yuzu, the top chefs’ new trendy ingredient. We use white chocolate, Yuzu juice from Japan, a dash of tangerine, and a bit of lemon juice to create a fruity, refreshing chocolate ganache, and all of this is topped with milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content. Zotter produces an amazing range of hand-made chocolate which is both ORGANIC and FAIRTRADE. Zotter's unique approach combines exotic flavours, wrapping them in fine chocolate to produce a wonderful taste experience. With creativity, curiosity, ambition, experience and research Zotter now produce about 150 chocolate creations at their factory in Bergl, Austria.
