Pale green, creamy, and boasts a very high oil content (up to 20%) resulting in a rich, buttery, and slightly nutty flavor. Mature Size: Can reach 20 to 30 feet tall if unpruned, but it is easily maintained at 12 to 15 feet. Flower Type: Type A (self-fertile, but yields improve if planted near a Type B variety Cold Hardiness: Highly cold-hardy, surviving temperatures as low as 15°F to 20°F once established.
