We recommend (if possible) an overnight fast to increase concentration of morning urine. 1. Stop eating and drinking after dinner on a Sunday night. ex. 7pm. 2. Urinate overnight as needed. 3. Collect morning urine (ex. 7am) about 10-12 hours from start of fast. Additional collection instructions Buying these tests in this Zoomer combo offers the best savings possible.
