Our Salmon Toro comes from exactly that place, the belly's end of our cold-smoked Scottish salmon, where fat and flavour reach their absolute peak. Impossibly tender, with a richness that melts clean on the palate and a whisper of smoke that knows exactly when to stop. The perfect canvas for sushi and temaki, or simply eaten as it is.
