Strawberry Rhubarb

Red juicy strawberries and fresh diced rhubarb are used in our homemade strawberry rhubarb jam. Our fruit jams compliment most breakfast items, scones, biscuits, pancakes or overnight oats. How about a yogurt parfait with jam and granola for a healthy grab and go or delicious and easy dessert. Create a fruity cream cheese spread with a couple tablespoons of our jam mixed with a bar of cream cheese and serve with specialty crackers. Finally enjoy a tasty floral treat as a topper on vanilla ice cream.
