Our Gen 3 Gear Reduction restores lost performance by bringing your machine back into its optimal power band. By lowering the gear ratio, the reduction helps recover low-speed torque, improve belt life, reduce clutch strain, and give the machine better control under heavy load. Engineered for precision and reliability, this kit replaces the factory intermediate drive gears to deliver a lower gear ratio across High, Low, and Reverse, improving throttle response, torque output, and overall ride control. Drop-In Installation Designed for a true drop-in installation. The gear set installs directly into the transmission through the easily accessible side cover with zero grinding, machining, or case modifications required.
