Bubble Gum Swirl

Let’s get this out of the way: it doesn’t taste exactly like a stick of bubble gum. You know how we do things: no artificial flavors, only whole food ingredients. The bubble gum we eat now is mostly artificially flavored, derived from different esters, but the original inspiration behind it was “tutti fruitti”. So, this our take on that “tutti fruitti” idea: we blended dried and ground strawberries, bananas and pineapple with a dash of vanilla into our vegan white chocolate, then swirled that into Kokoa Kamili’s bright and fruity cacao. We don’t miss the esters, and we hope neither will you.
