Country Peach Tarte Tatin

This is a rustic peach Tarte Tatin. A Tarte Tatin is, in essence, an upside-down fruit tart. We use fresh peaches that we hand pit and lay over a bed of our housemade caramel sauce. We bake it with a layer of tart crust to get sweet, caramelly, and tender peaches paired excellently with a crispy crust.
