Age of Sigmar RTT - Monthly Warhammer RTT 2026-09-13 10:00:00 What to Expect A Rogue Trader Tournament (RTT) is a short-format competitive event for Warhammer: Age of Sigmar. This event is designed to give players a structured competitive environment while helping them become more familiar with tournament rules and expectations. Players can expect three rounds of matched play using the current General’s Handbook (GHB), all played over a single day. Pairings, results, and standings will be tracked and calculated using the Best Coast Pairings app. Prizing 80% of entry fees ​ will be returned to the prize pool as in-store credit (ISC) ​Event Registration & Entry​In addition to a ticket, players must register and submit their army list through our monthly events found on or BCP Organization Page: ​Fantasy Forged: Cards and Collectibles | Best Coast Pairings ​ Points: 2000 Rounds: 3 Entry: All tickets must be purchased through the Fantasy Forged Portal Painting: Encouraged, but not required Prizing: 80% of entry fees will be returned to the prize pool as ISC. Final prize totals will depend on total player attendance. ​ Final prize totals will be dependent on total player attendance Hygiene & Personal Conduct​ In consideration of the shared play space and the comfort of all attendees:​ Players are expected to arrive with appropriate personal hygiene suitable for a full day of close, in-person gaming Strong or disruptive odors (including body odor, unwashed clothing, or excessive fragrance) that negatively impact the experience of others may be addressed by event staff Tournament staff reserve the right to request corrective action, including stepping away from the play area to resolve the issue Repeated or unaddressed hygiene concerns may result in penalties up to and including removal from the event, at the discretion of the TO, without refund This policy is in place to ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment for all players and staff. Missions Being Played To Be Determined (TBD) Important Information Painting is encouraged but not required Battletomes must have been publicly available for a minimum of two weeks prior to the event What You’ll Need A legal 2000-point army Dice Tape measure Battletome and army list Objective markers Some will be available, but players are encouraged to bring their own Third-Party & 3D Printed Model Policy This event is a hobby-first experience, and we recognize that players may wish to use 3D-printed models, extensive conversions, or third-party components to customize their armies. The following rules apply to any model that is not an official product of the game system or an approved distributor: 3D-printed or third-party models must be approved by the Tournament Organizer (TO) Models may not be direct copies of commercially available products or infringe on protected intellectual property Additional requirements: Non-standard models may not provide any in-game advantage Models must reasonably and clearly represent the unit they are intended to portray 3D-printed bits, bases of the correct size, and conversion components are fully acceptable Models may not contain significant elements from pre-assembled or pre-painted toys or models Player Code of Conduct Players should note that our definition of sportsmanship extends beyond basic courtesy. “Sportsmanship means being equally invested in ensuring your opponent has just as positive an experience as your own.” Judges or tournament staff may ask a player to step away from a table if emotions escalate or conduct becomes disruptive. A small time extension may be granted if needed—this does not count as a yellow card A yellow card issued for table behavior will result in a round forfeit A second yellow card during the event will result in removal from the tournament without refund, and the player may be barred from future events at the TO’s discretion Score fixing or deliberate manipulation of Battle Points—such as agreeing to complete battle tactics without playing out the game—will result in a score of 0 for both players for that round, with possible elimination from the event For full conduct expectations, the ITC Code of Conduct applies Player Clock & Time Management To ensure the event runs smoothly and on schedule, the following time rules will be enforced: At the 10-minute warning, if the current battle round or game cannot be completed, players may talk out the remainder of the game in good faith Any unresolved, game-deciding actions (such as long charges or key combats on objectives) should be resolved by rolling dice When time is called, dice down immediately All combats stop No additional dice may be rolled Final scoring is calculated based on the current game state 30
