TBRFC1 RF trans-conductance amplifier / current injector

The TBRFC1 is a four-quadrant RF trans-conductance amplifier capable of sourcing and sinking current with a frequency range of 0 to 50 MHz and a maximum output voltage of ±45 V peak.

• The output has no dead zone
• The frequency range is useable up to 100 MHz
• The transconductance is 0.1 A/V and 1 A/V
• The operating temperature range is -20°C to +40°C
