Tarte-Tatin is the medium roast of our Co-Ferment Trio Tarte-Tatin is a blend of an out-of-this world Colombian peach co-ferment from Edwin Noreña, and a sweet and nutty Brazil natural from Eduardo Pereira. Like it's namesake, this coffee offers a balance of sweet and pastry with loud caremalized peach notes. This coffee is the most tame of the Co-Ferment trio, with plenty of body and a more traditional bitter-sweet structure. Roasted for all methods of brewing, this coffee tastes great on it's own or in milk.
