Jomon Jaguar Necklace

The original Kow’ishto claw (Jaguar), deeply carved by hand with Jomon style themes. The Jomon paleolithic culture fascinates me, with intricately corded pottery, depicting labyrinthine patterns and peculiar deities. The animism is apparent in every object, as is the reverence for nature and the imperfect. This depiction is made in solid bronze, set with a 2ct Portuguese cut white moissanite, and comes on a 14k gold filled chain.
