Michael Carr Designs™ Glazed Stoneware Pot - 5.2in x 5.2in x 5.5in - Reactive Brown & White Michael Carr Designs™ has created beautiful glazes that give a unique finish to each vessel. They were developed to work in both traditional wood fired kilns as well as new state-of-the-art-super-sized gas kilns. Each vessel is fired for up to eight days at temperatures reaching as high as 2300° F. Our firing process intentionally allows temperature variation which gives each piece a unique color and finish. This firing process also makes these pieces weather resistant. Each piece is its own work of art. Although no two are identical, our quality standards ensure that variations are within a limited range so that you can easily display them together as a collection.
